Overview:
The Citizen’s Oversight Committee was created as an advisory body to the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority and the member municipalities of SBRSA. It monitors SBRSA facilites and operations focusing on sludge quality, air emissions, odors, noise, traffic, and other environmental or health related issues. The Committee reviews quality assurance programs and test results of air emissions, sludge, ash, final effluent, and other aspects of the treatment plant’s operations.
Membership:
The membership of the Citizen’s Oversight Committee is comprised of the following positions:
Two Princeton representatives, two West Windsor Township representatives, two South Brunswick Township representatives, two Princeton Regional Health Commission representatives, and two Princeton Environmental Commission representatives.
